✔ What is CC Cream and How can I make my own?
| Photo from Etude House |
They usually start off pure white and they turn into your skintone but that happens because of the micro-capsules that break by rubbing and they release color. CC cream also have high moisturizing abilities.
Color Correcting cream is for those who have flawless complexion and they need something that gives lighter feeling than BB cream or foundation, while improving the color and glow of the skin. Of course CC cream comes in different shades (sometimes) but they never release very dark shades..

|Etude House| Be Clear Moisturizer Review
Be Clear Moisturizer Review
A cream moisturizer that brightens up and evens up your skin tone. Yes? Yes!
Hi guys I'm sooo excited to write this review. The last four weeks I have been using this moisturizer non-stop everyday and I have been loving it! At first I was hesitating because most of the products that are for skin whitening they make your face look like you have a white tint all over it. But this one just makes your skin look brighter and goes down half a shade in my opinion. It takes a couple of minutes before it really makes your skin look brighter. But it really does what it say at least for me. Also it makes your skintone even with no red parts over time. So even if I wash my face or don't apply it on for a day my skin will continue to look nice and bright. But once per day application is essential I think.
It's the third step of the Be Clear line. The steps are:
- Be Clear Cleansing Foam
- Be Clear Skin Toner
- Be Clear Moisturizer
I never used the cleansing foam and the skin toner. I always mix and match skin care products. My face has so many different needs. I need something for the red parts, black heads (huge pores), oil and moisture.
It has SPF 30 an essential feature for products you use in the morning. So you can use it as a sunblock lotion as well. And you can apply it before foundation that hasn't got any SPF and still be covered.
The scent it's not bold. Which I love. But it's floral. I'm not good with the smells though!
Directions: After washing the face in the morning , dispense onto hands and apply to facial surface by gently massaging into skin.
Ingredients on the image above. No parabens! Which I LOVE! Oil free! But it has alcohol which personally I don't mind. Glycerin helps the skin to lock moisture. Please note I don't have sensitive skin. This product doesn't cause me break outs.
Preview on my face!
I have been using this cream almost every day. So the before photo is not exactly before I ever used it. It has made some changes on my face since I started using it. But you can still see big difference on the After photo. The After photo was taken a few minutes after the application.
Does it really moisture your skin? Yes it does. But you still need to have a second moisturizer for your night skin care routine. I ran out of mine so I'm thinking of ordering the Moistfull Flower Cream by Etude House. Which I tried and loved.
Would you repurchase this product? Certainly yes!
Things I love about this product:
- It brightens up my skin
- It evens up my skintone
- Has SPF 30
- Moisturizes
Things I'm not very happy about:
- It doesn't slide much while massaging (if that makes any sense)
- The scent is not my favorite
Sooo Thank you very much for reading and I'm hoping to see your thoughts in the comments below!

|Etude House| Moistfull Flower Cream Review!
Moistfull Flower Cream by Etude House:
I recently received Etude House samples from BB Cream Boutique click HERE to visit. Once I opened the package I saw the moistfull flower cream and I thought "yay I wanted to try this!" And of course to write a review about this lovely product!
BB Cream Boutique description of the product:
| Moistfull Flower Cream is formulated with Baobab Tree extract to relieve and replenish dry skin with abundant moisture and a Cherry Blossom Floral complex to nourish, soothe and protect the face.
First Impression:
I have been curious about this cream but was hesitating to actually buy it because it says that it's for dry skin. Considering I have oily skin I thought that would be a waste of money. BUT being in Greece which is very hot during the summer and having the air conditioning on for several hours during the day made my skin dry. So, after I washed my face and applied oil control toner I finished it with the Moistfull Flower Cream and it didn't make my face go super oily. As a matter of fact my skin felt refreshed and soft after the application and it stayed like that for several hours. I have to note that the amount of cream I applied on my face was around the size of a small drop.
Another event I want to share is: I went out for coffee during the day when the sun was up and very bright and even though I was wearing BB cream with SPF 30 I felt like my face was burning! And after I came back home I immediately removed make-up and applied oil control toner followed by a huge amount of this lovely flower cream. The results was very satisfying! My skin felt refreshed and moisturized again and it stayed like that for the rest of the day.
Conclusion:
Moisfull Flower Cream by Etude House works great on dry and oily skin types with dry and normal patches. It moisturizes the dry patches without making the rest of your face oily. It does what it says and great to have something that contains cherry blossoms on your face. I wouldn't recommend it to people with very very oily skin that don't have any dry patches. Because they wouldn't need it in my opinion. But it's great for normal with oily T-Line and dry patches skin types that have moisturizing problems due to dry weather or other causes.
So, Things I LOVE about this product:
Things that I don't like about this product:
Disclaimer: I have been given samples of this product for free but my opinions are honest and mine.
