✿ December Favorites 2012

Hi ladies!! I'm sorry I haven't been posting lately but I had food poisoning until a few days ago. It took me a week to fully recover and it was awful! I thought I was going to die ^^;

Anyway, here I am with this month's beauty favorites post. I'm not really in the mood for making a video so I decided to post about it. I also decided to only make a blog post about my monthly favorites not a video. I've been using various skin care products the past month but most of them broke me out even though they worked well. So these are the things that worked well and didn't break me out ^^!

Essence Mask Hyaluronic Acid from Etude House: My skin type is normal with oily T-Line and dry patches... Yes... Dry patches appeared. My skin felt totally dry so I decided to use this for excess moisture.  These masks worked well. My T-line didn't get much oily either. I'm going to repurchase them as soon as I can ^^)

Collagen Eye Patch from Etude House: I love love those! I use them before I fall asleep and the area under my eyes look fresh and moisturised in the morning! I hope they make my fine lines disappear eventually. We shall see! These patches became essential for me. I highly recommend those!

Visibly clear Oil-free Moisturiser from Neutrogena: Moisturises, prevents acne and makes my skin look healthy. T-Line stays normal and moisturised. I've noticed the creams for oily skin gives that matte finish that doesn't look very healthy and moisturised in my opinion. I love this cream because it gives me a healthy moisturised skin without being oily nor totally matte. I think this moisturiser is here to stay!

Hand food Hand cream from Soap & Glory: The best hand cream ever. I had a HUGE problem with my hands. They were REALLY dry because of washing the dishes and stuff. This hand cream repaired them and it doesn't feel greasy on hands either. Also after my hands got back to normal that lasted a couple of days before I had to apply the cream again. Even after that my hands weren't totally dry. It's like the only reason I have to apply that cream is to maintain the moisture on my hands. A really good hand cream with nice smell^^) I've tried various hand creams and I think this one is the best!

High Beam from Benefit: Creamy, glossy highlighter from Benefit. I'm sure everybody knows about it. I like the glossy look so this highlighter have been my favorite this month. I also wore it yesterday on Christmas Day ^^

These have been the products I liked and worked well on my skin this month. I highly recommend them if your skin type is similar to mine of course. I hope you are having nice holidays!

  1. You're such a sweetie doing a giveaway! They're so fun ^_^

I have not tried any of the products, but the hand and foot cream and the neutrogena moisturizers look appealing. I have never used an eye mask like the Etude house one but maybe I should try one.

    Happy holidays, Eva!!

    1. Happy holidays Arya! My hands didn't get "fixed" after the first application. It took me like a couple of days but I didn't apply it much just after I washed my hands. But after my hands became normal and smooth again then that lasted for couple of days and now all I do is maintain them. I apply the cream once a day ^^

  4. I never using hand cream before, but I usually using body lotion or body butter. My current fave is Nivea. But I though it would be nice to try Soap & Glory's.
I've been eyeing for the Benefit's High Beam, but not sure because I have oily skin type. I've try use some highlighter before, and it makes me so oily! But I really want to try the high beam! You know that kinda, buy-or-not-buy thing! Make a review about it please...

    1. I'll try to write a review about it ^^ I'm sure itd be fine if you apply it only on certain areas of your face and top it with a HD loose powder (that has no colour).

I've never tried any masks, but for quite a while I have see reviews of them everywhere!o__o this Etude House and Hyaluronic Acid mask caught really my attention. I think I will investigate more about it!^^
Honestly I thought the Collagen Eye Patch from Etude House does not working ^^U but seeing what you say about it make me really want to give them a try especially for my tired eyes and dark circles.
The truth is I am not a person that use hand cream, just when my hands get horribly dry, especially at this time of year D; and the Hand food Hand cream from Soap & Glory sounds pretty interesting ^^
I never heard mention of the High Beam from Benefit but I'm glad you enjoyed it so much ^^
I hope you still feel good and have a nice weekend!;3

    1. Yes, it smooths fine lines but the results are temporarily. I haven't used it for more than two days in row, so I don't know what results you get if you use them for everyday.
